2027 Emergency Care Conference Call for Speakers
Conference Dates: March 17th, 18th, & 19th, 2027
Deadline for submissions is September 18, 2026.
Presenters will be notified of submission status in late October.
The call for speakers for the NJ Emergency Care Conference 2026 is now OPEN!
We are currently accepting presentation proposals for the 2027 NJ Emergency Care Conference, held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. We are seeking sessions that reflect the most current evidence-based practices, showcase cutting-edge treatments, and explore emerging trends in emergency nursing.
Presentations should be practical, grounded in real-world application, and designed to support clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes.
We are accepting submissions for 45-minute presentations as well as proposals for extended sessions.
Interactive and engaging formats are strongly preferred, including case studies, escape rooms, and other forms of active learning. Speakers are encouraged to submit multiple presentations for consideration, and new speakers are welcome and encouraged to apply; mentoring is available.
We are particularly interested in advanced content that goes beyond routine practice, offering depth, complexity, and innovation. Sessions should challenge experienced practitioners and address high-acuity situations, evolving protocols, or under-discussed areas of emergency care. At the same time, we also welcome foundational presentations that reinforce core concepts and best practices—especially those that are engaging, practical, and relevant for newer clinicians or those seeking a refresher.
We are also eager to expand our forensic offerings, and encourage proposals specifically designed for a dedicated forensic track. Content should be relevant for emergency nurses practicing in all settings.
